Our grandmother Rose began sewing canvas bags and awnings in the 1950's in Greenwich, Connecticut. She moved to Lincolnville, Maine in the 1970's where she continued to sew year after year. With her ability to create canvas bags, luggage, and even beach pails, Rose created a lifestyle for herself and her family that would live on.
As third generation stitchers, we carry on our grandmother Rose's tradition of creating simple, functional and classic canvas bags for every lifestyle. With our commitment to quality fabrics and construction , we are preserving a family mold while modernizing a classic idea. They are as relevant today as they were the day Rose started making them in the 50's.
. . . and so our story continues with every stitch.
Our bags continue to be MADE IN NEW ENGLAND...
